Secure parking, 2 min walk to Muizenberg beach, some rooms with a view over Sandvlei, the mountains and False Bay. Tea facilities in each room. Credit cards accepted and we speak Dutch and a little bit of German. Breakfast will be R40 extra pp per day.

This is my home and it is available for you to rent on your holiday. Fully equipped, with modern facilities including Dstv, w/machine, dishwasher etc. It has 3 bedrooms (two with double beds, one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms and an outside barbeque area. The house is in a quiet small suburb, surrounded by mountains and dunes and Peers Cave is nearby. It is in good, safe neighbourhood and very much ‘lockup and go’. If you need advice on places to visit - beaches, restaurants, pubs and sights, or on the local weather and activities in Cape Town, then I am very willing to help (I will also accompany you if you wish). Fish Hoek is on the False Bay/Indian Ocean side, the warmer side of the two oceans in Cape Town. The local swimming beach is 1,5km away! I would be happy to send you photos to view or information about the area.

Our gracious and spacious guest house has 3 bedrooms each with DSTV, wireless internet, double beds and tea/coffee making facilities. Daily room service, clean linen, towels and soap are provided. Guests are free to make use of the kitchen which is equipped with an electric stove, oven, griller and an entire range of kitchenware. There are two bathrooms - both have a bath and one also has a shower. There are 2 dining rooms, each with 6-seater dining tables and a TV - one has a sunroof, giving guests a feeling of being out in the open air. We have a large tranquil lounge to relax in - in winter the fireplace warms the room. Fish Hoek shops are nearby, as well as Fish Hoek beach - it is a 10 min walk, but should you prefer to drive we will assist gladly. We have parking for 3 cars in a car port behind an automated gate, but there is room for 2 cars to park in the street as well.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. For your entertainment we have DSTV (satellite), a DVD player, radio/sound system and a selection of books. The front deck offers a breathtaking panorama of False Bay and the Hottentot’s Holland mountain range across the bay, while the back deck leads into a secluded, indigenous garden with uninterrupted views of Elsie’s Peak. Braai on our rustic rock braai or use a portable Weber kettle braai. Airport transfers are available at nominal rates and we also offer personal tours of the Western Cape. We can recommend a competitively priced car hire company, and secure undercover parking is available for a single vehicle in an offroad, locked carport.
